The June 30 episode of WWE NXT is shaping up to be a great show as the company will deal with the aftermath of the Great American Bash Premium Live Event. So, the company has booked solid matches to keep fans engaged throughout the night. Tonight’s episode of NXT has a ton of action in store for fans. With the likes of Tony D’Angelo and more on the show, it’s definitely something fans shouldn’t miss. WWE NXT will air live from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, starting at 8 PM ET.
After defeating Keanu Carver last week, E.K. Prosper earned the biggest championship opportunity of his NXT career. General Manager Robert Stone told Prosper that his victory got him a shot at El Hijo del Vikingo and the AAA Latin American Championship. So we’ll have to see how Prosper will fare against Vikingo. The NXT Tag Team Championships will be on the line as The Vanity Project’s Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes make their latest title defense against El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. and Galeno del Mal. Warner and Galeno have been booked really strongly in AAA, so the Vanity Project got their work cut out for them. So it remains to be seen if they will manage to retain their titles in the end.
Personal issues will spill into the ring when Mason Rook goes one-on-one with Vanity Project leader Jackson Drake. Finally, Jaida Parker looks to finally get a win again when she faces Karmen Petrovic in singles competition. With another NXT PLE in the books, we have yet another data point to back up the assertion that NXT’s women’s division is light-years ahead of the men’s. Kendal Grey defeated Lola Vice in a solid main event, Zaria retained the North American Championship in a thrilling match with Tatum Paxley, and Wren Sinclair and Arianna Grace made the best of the 5 minutes they got, given the Speed Championship match format. The men’s matches on the show were serviceable, but the division continues to lack any real breakout stars after the entire main event scene was purged and promoted to Raw and Smackdown in the first half of 2026.
