The June 16 episode of WWE NXT is shaping up to be a great show as the company is building towards the Great American Bash Premium Live Event. So, the company has booked solid matches to keep fans engaged throughout the night. Tonight’s episode of NXT has a ton of action in store for fans. With the likes of Tony D’Angelo and more on the show, it’s definitely something fans shouldn’t miss. WWE NXT will air live from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, starting at 8 PM ET.
Ahead of their NXT Title match at Great American Bash, Tony D’Angelo and Naraku will meet face-to-face this week. Naraku issued the invitation last week, and D’Angelo accepted. So it remains to be seen what will happen during the segment. The semi-finals for the WWE Speed Women’s Tournament will continue as NXT has booked two matches this week. The first match will see Arianna Grace take on Layla Diggs, while the second match will feature Izzi Dame duking it out with Thea Hail. So we’ll have to see who will advance to the finals. A future title opportunity will be on the line when Jackson Drake and Tavion Heights square off against each other to become the next challenger for the NXT North American Championship. The winner will move on to face Myles Borne at Great American Bash later this month. So, fans are waiting to see who’ll come out on top in the end.
After weeks of bad blood, Nattie and Jaida Parker will finally settle their differences inside the ring. Their rivalry reached a new level last week when Parker interrupted a training session led by Nattie, resulting in a pull-apart brawl. So now we will have to see whether Nattie gets revenge on Parker once and for all. The two have had encounters with one another and tensions were already high between the two. Now that the gold is on the line, who knows what’s in store for next week? The match will take place at Great American Bash. It is hard to tell who the favorite is in the match as they are both incredibly loved and respected by the audience. The match has the potential to be one of the best NXT has had.
