Takeshita enters the bout without the backing of the Don Callis Family after being violently removed from the group at Double or Nothing, so it remains to be seen how he’ll fare against Garcia. One of the biggest question marks heading into Collision is the scheduled update regarding the TBS Championship, after Willow Nightingale was forced to vacate it. With uncertainty surrounding the championship picture, fans will finally get some clarity on what comes next for one of AEW’s most important titles.
The AEW World Trios Championships will be on the line as Kyle O’Reilly, Orange Cassidy, and Roderick Strong defend against Lance Archer, Rocky Romero & Trent Beretta in what’s expected to be a very hard-hitting match. So we’ll have to see who will win in the end. Carlie Bravo & Shawn Dean face Jon Moxley & PAC in tag team action. In another match, Colten Gunn continues his return from injury as he reunites with brother Austin Gunn to take on Clark Connors and David Finlay of The Dogs. Lena Kross & Megan Bayne face Anna Jay & Tay Melo in an AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Five-Minute Eliminator match. Hazuki will square off against Maya World in singles competition. Finally, ROH Pure Champion Lee Moriarty returns to action.
