The July 21 episode of WWE NXT is shaping up to be a great show as the company will build towards the NXT Heatwave Premium Live Event. So, the company has booked solid matches to keep fans engaged throughout the night. Tonight’s episode of NXT has a ton of action in store for fans. With the likes of Tony D’Angelo and more on the show, it’s definitely something fans shouldn’t miss. WWE NXT will air live from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, starting at 8 PM ET.
After unsuccessfully challenging Tony D’Angelo at NXT Great American Bash, Naraku refused to let the rivalry end. He scored a victory over Tate Wilder last week before attacking D’Angelo in a post-match brawl, earning another opportunity at the championship. Now they’ll face each other in a street fight, so it remains to be seen who will win in the end. Nattie and Jaida Parker continue their bitter feud in a rematch stemming from their first bout earlier this year. Nattie picked up the win last time, and Parker will be looking to even the score when they meet again. So it remains to be seen who will come out on top. A major six-man tag team match is also set for Tuesday night as Saquon Shugars teams up with Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno to battle the dangerous Darkstate trio of Cutler James, Dion Lennox and Osiris Griffin. So, fans are waiting to see who will pick up the win once and for all.
Reina Volcan squares off against Skylar Raye. That’s not all, as Shawn Spears will duke it out with Niko Vance in singles competition. Finally, Hank Walker faces Keanu Carver in one-on-one action. Tony D’Angelo and Naraku still have unsettled issues. Last week, they were battling in the ring again. Now, to keep them from breaking any rules, the two will compete in a street fight match tonight. Anything goes. Based on their previous interactions, they will tear each other apart. It will be a great match for the fans to watch, but a violent one for D’Angelo and Naraku. After these attacks, Volcan is finally set to make her in-ring debut tonight against Skylar Raye. Some fans are already familiar with Reina Volcan, as she is not new to the wrestling scene. Many may know her as Nikki Blackheart. She began training with Coastal Championship Wrestling (CCW) in 2024. Now, only two years later, she is making her NXT debut. This shows that she must be very talented and impressive to receive an opportunity with NXT so early in her career. When signing with WWE, she also became the first Dominican woman to be signed to the company.
