The July 6, 2026 episode of Monday Night Raw will build towards Saturday Night’s Live Event, so fans can expect a solid show from start to finish. Tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW will be one to remember. With the likes of Roman Reigns and more being present for the show, it’s certain fans wouldn’t want to miss out. Monday Night RAW will air live from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois, starting at 8 PM ET.

The biggest match of the night sees Sami Zayn make his first televised defense of the Undisputed WWE Championship against Cody Rhodes. Rhodes earned this opportunity after defeating Jey Uso in last week’s No. 1 Contender’s Match on SmackDown. So it remains to be seen whether Zayn will manage to retain the title against the American Nightmare. Oba Femi will address his decision to give up his World Title shot at SummerSlam and instead face off against Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam in a Hell in a Cell match. The Ruler is clearly determined to end the Beast more than anything, so we’ll have to see what he will say on the show. The Women’s Intercontinental Championship will also be defended as Sol Ruca puts her title on the line against Raquel Rodriguez. Raquel got the shot after defeating Maxxine Dupri on last week’s episode of RAW, so fans are waiting to see if she will end up becoming the new champion.  Seth Rollins is scheduled to kick off this week’s RAW, and considering he has a World Title match against Roman Reigns at SummerSlam, fans can expect him to address that decision on the show. Finally, the WWE World Tag Team Championship will be on the line as the Street Profits defend the titles against Bron Breakker and Austin Theory. But without the benefit of the chaos of a triple-threat match, can Zayn still come out on top? The bigger question is: does this match end clean? If there’s a bigger opponent for Zayn at “the biggest party of the summer”, they may rear their head in Chicago. Let’s just quickly say what everyone is thinking … CM Punk. The last time we saw Punk – the day after WWE WrestleMania 42 – he teased a match with Rhodes. WWE SummerSlam would be the perfect place for this dream bout to happen. But does it need the title? Punk could cost Rhodes the gold to set up the match, or he may challenge Rhodes for the title, which would involve him helping Rhodes. Championship Monday Raw has a good ring to it. The Street Profits vs. The Vision doesn’t. It appears that championship rematch clauses are a thing because I can’t think of any other reason to put this match on. Don’t expect a guaranteed title defense, though. This could be the opportunity for Maxxine Dupri to come good on whatever agreement she has with Austin Theory. Who partners with Theory is unclear. Could be Bron Breakker. It could be a surprise return from injury for Logan Paul. Could be an even more surprising return from injury for Bronson Reed.
